About Me

I'm Isha - an artist, DJ and artist development coach for producers. I have been working in the music industry for a few years now in which my primary purpose is to create and be of service to others in the music industry. I have always found it incredibly important to take risks in terms of creating your own reality, to never stop finding the methods that work for you, and to challenge your own limitations on what you accept for yourself as an artist.

As the music industry is always changing and demands for artist start to differ over time, I believe wholeheartedly its important for up and coming artists to stay true to themselves the whole journey forward. Showing up as an artist true to your sound and who you are is always going to reap the most rewards in the end as you’re showing up with intentions that are true to you, but the music industry has lost sight of this over time and understandably, artists have too.

Let’s say you are an artist who is highly experienced in making music and being an artist, but is fairly new to understanding the process that comes after finishing your tracks - which includes marketing, release strategy planning, understanding how PR works, sourcing networking opportunities, and overall growth in your career.

The post-production is where I come in to sit down with you to establish both short and long-term goals, have an idea of where you want to be in your music career (aka defining what success means to you), plan the steps and actions we can take weekly to help create a path that starts to become more clearly defined for you, and most importantly - help you connect to the pure JOY that we should experience in doing it all rather than see all of this as an obstacle. We have lost a lot of joy in what comes after releasing music because we have forgotten about what it means to truly tell our story as artists.

In my practice, I have worked with artists from many different backgrounds, genres and points within their career journey, and the biggest takeaway I have understood myself as an artist and for others is that no one path is going to look the same for everyone.

Artists I have worked with have accomplished many amazing experiences for themselves after releasing music including gaining confidence in reaching out to people or key collaborations they want to take part in, sharing more of their journey to their listeners and who they are on a deeper level, receiving invitations from record labels/PR agencies and even interview requests from Rolling Stones magazine.

Alongside having a form of support, these artists were so dedicated to their craft and both knew and trusted in their own dedication, individuality and knowing we are all the ones who can create positive change in the music industry.

Trusting the journey and all the miracles that can unfold as an artist is equally as important as the desired end results - and it's about time we as artists come into remembrance of the joy we are meant to experience as musicians.

We are all unique creators on Earth with our own unique gifts, capabilities and skill sets within the music industry, and it would be a shame if we were all trying to be like each other rather than sharing who we are to the world on a deeper level. We have a purpose to fulfill, but it just might not look exactly how we have pictured it. It can be hard to understand that at first, but working with somebody who is your mentor and form of support along the way is highly beneficial in moving forward into your path and deeper into your individual artistic journey.
